Allow me to start off with a disclaimer: I love to write, but for some reason when it comes to writing about myself... it's just about the most difficult thing to do!

I'm the first of the three children that my parents had. I made the decision to live my life for the LORD at about age of 19. I had heard the gospel throughout my entire life, my grandparents are faithful Christians and always shared the word with me. My grandparents helped care for me and my siblings while my parents worked; during that time they would always implement biblical & cultural values and principles (i.e. respect, identity, love, charity, work ethic, etc.). For most of my life, I thought that it was enough to just believe that God existed & that doing good would surely get me into heaven...I didn't regularly attend church. Now that I think about it, I feel silly about accepting that. I didn't really know what grace was. When I was about 19, I attended a church service. During the worship time, a young lady (now one of my closest sisters) sang "How He Loves" and those lyrics stirred me up in a way that I was completely unfamiliar with. During the service (I didn't really listen to the sermon... I couldn't concentrate... oops!) I just felt God communicating His love for me and I felt an invitation in my heart to live for Him. (I had never understood what people meant when they said that God 'spoke' to them until that day) Since then, my life has never been the same and I don't want it to ever be.

I'm looking for a man that I can fully entrust to lead me into a deeper relationship with Jesus, someone to love me; a best friend. Of course, a complete gentleman. I'm also looking for somebody that is very observant; a man that will not only know the major parts of my life, but the little parts as well.
